Uganda Revenue Authority Internship Programme 2026 for young Ugandans.

Applications are now open for the 2026 Uganda Revenue Authority Internship Programme. Every year, URA provides students with the chance to gain practical experience and exposure in their respective fields of study through temporary work opportunities that last a few months.

This allows students to build connections with professionals, explore career growth in Tax Administration, and prepare for the competitive job market in Uganda.

The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) is inviting applications for its 2026 Internship Program for the July–August 2026 internship cycle.

A total of 286 internship opportunities are available, including 84 placements in upcountry stations.

  • Taxation
  • Law
  • Information Technology
  • Records & Archives Management
  • Human Resource & Administration
  • Logistics & Fleet Management
  • Library & Information Science

  • Communications & Public Relations

Requirements

  • Applicants must be pursuing disciplines relevant to URA’s operational areas.
  • Applicants interested in upcountry stations are encouraged to indicate their preferred district during the application process.
  • URA does not accept physical applications.
