Applications are now open for the 2026 KPMG East Africa Graduate Recruitment Programme. The KPMG graduate recruitment program, seeks to identify and attract ambitious, focused and high performing fresh graduates to a world of unlimited opportunities. Through exposure to best practices and practical engagement in the corporate world. This is with an intention to enhance existing knowledge and tap to the potential they have demonstrated through our exciting recruitment process.

The program is a permanent opportunity with a structured learning pathway for final year students and recent graduates.

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 and above

High School Grade
Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or Equivalent IGCSE and American system grading

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field


Rwanda

Graduating Class
Graduating Year: 2025/2026

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA 3.0 

High School Grade
Minimum of B in the principles subjects of senior secondary school

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field


Tanzania

Graduating Class
Graduating year: 2025/ 2026

University Grade
Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5 and above

High School Grade
Minimum of division 2 at O’ Level and A Level
Minimum B in English & Math at O Level

Specialisation
Bachelor’s degree in any field


Uganda

Graduating Class
Graduating year: 2025/ 2026/ January 2027

University Grade
Second class upper/ CGPA 4.0/ 70%

High School Grade
​​​​Division 1 at O level, with a minimum of credit in Mathematics and English Minimum of 14 points at A level

2026 graduates must have completed course work and project by August 2026 and must have a completion letter from the university.
