Applications are now open for the 2026/2027 DHL Gen Z Programme. DHL is looking for ambitious, driven and enthusiastic young people to join its DHL Gen Z Programme. This 12-month internship programme is designed to provide hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading logistics companies. You’ll gain practical exposure, develop valuable workplace skills and build a strong foundation for your future career.

Requirements

You could be the perfect candidate if you:

• Are between 18 and 25 years old
• Have recently completed Grade 12/Matric
• Have a post-matric qualification (Certificate, Diploma or equivalent)
• Have no prior work experience
• Have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrate good numerical ability
• Have intermediate computer and MS Office skills
• Are eager to learn, grow and contribute
• Have not previously participated in the YES Programme
