Applications are now open for the 2027 TGI Distri Ltd Commercial Trainee Programme. The TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Program (CTP) is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip young, passionate graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a successful career in Sales.

Successful applicants will undergo an intensive induction programme, followed by a 6-month frontline sales training experience. This includes shadowing employees across various sales cadres and market channels in any of our branches nationwide, providing hands-on experience and deep exposure to sales operations at the heart of the marketplace, where sales happen every day.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 / Lower Credit.
• Minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Passion for FCMG Sales as a career path.
• Proficiency in computer applications and office suites.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Not older than 28 years as of December 31st, 2026.
• Candidates must be willing and ready to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria.
