Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program 2026 for outstanding Nigerian graduates (One week mini-MBA)

Application Deadline: July 4, 2026

Applications are now open for the 2026 Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program. The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is an intensive, one week mini-MBA designed to prepare outstanding Nigerian graduates for leadership roles in the business world.

ViMP introduces participants to core business principles and ethical leadership through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and career development sessions. Each year, top-performing graduates, mostly in their NYSC year or recently completed, are selected through a highly competitive three-stage process.

Participants gain access to mentorship, networking, and job placement support, and they also contribute to the community by hosting career-readiness sessions in local secondary schools. Since 2000, ViMP has produced over 1,000 alumni, many of whom now lead in business, policy, and social impact spaces across Nigeria and beyond.
