Applications are now open for the 2026 Kenya Power Industrial Attachment Opportunities. The programme provides continuing students with an opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop employability skills through a three-month industrial attachment.

Eligible Programmes

Applications are invited from continuing students pursuing:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Technical & Non-Technical)
• Diploma (Technical & Non-Technical)
• Craft Certificate in:
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Power Option)
  • Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
  • Building & Civil Engineering
  • Plumbing

Note: There are no attachment opportunities for ICT-related courses in this intake.

Programme Duration

• September – November 2026
• Maximum attachment period: 3 months

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be available full-time for the entire 3-month programme.
• Be a continuing student enrolled in an accredited institution.
• Have a valid introduction letter from their institution.
• Have valid personal accident insurance covering the attachment period.
