Applications are now open for the 2027 KPMG Supply Chain Management Consulting Graduate Programme. KPMG’s Management Consulting Graduate Programme offers graduates the opportunity to build a career in Supply Chain and Procurement Consulting, working with leading organisations to improve sourcing, procurement, operations, logistics, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain performance. As part of the programme, graduates join high‑performing teams that work with leading organisations across multiple industries to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful change. You’ll gain hands‑on experience from day one, supported by structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop core consulting skills such as analysis, problem‑solving, communication, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be required to work in teams, together with experienced consultants, to deliver on client facing engagements. This may include:

  • Assistance in the execution of the project scope (including the use of relevant and innovative software / technology tools)
  • Brainstorming ideas and solutions with their team members
  • Creation and presentation of client deliverables (e.g. data models, reports, presentations etc.)
  • Identifying areas for improvement and creating solutions to streamline the client’s service delivery / organisational structures and ways of working / technology / governance & control / performance data & insights / processes, and procedures
  • Research and collection of evidence (including information required to stress-test the client’s perspectives on the reason for their challenges / requirements)
  • Assistance with project control (initiation, tracking, reporting, risk management, budget analysis)
  • Liaising with all levels of client personnel (e.g., hosting client interviews, meetings, and workshops)
  • Business development support which includes assisting with the development of client proposals, providing support to the client service team and providing support in the creation of industry thought leadership

Requirements

Applicants must hold (or be completing) honours, or master’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Procurement and Supply Management
  • Operations Management
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Commerce degrees with majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Operations Management, Transport & Distribution, or Inventory & Warehouse Management
