Applications are now open for the 2026 Standard Bank Group Compliance Graduate Programme. Group Compliance enables Standard Bank Group to comply with regulatory and compliance requirements. Based at Standard Bank’s headquarters in Johannesburg, the programme is designed to develop talented graduates into future compliance professionals who can navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments while helping businesses operate ethically and responsibly.

As regulatory requirements continue to evolve globally, organizations require skilled professionals who can ensure compliance, manage risks, and maintain trust with regulators, customers, and stakeholders. Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum four-year degree or honours qualification in one of the following fields:

  • Business Commerce
  • Risk Management
  • Legal Studies
  • Auditing

Minimum Requirements:

  • South African Citizen
  • Maximum of two years’ work experience
  • Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
  • Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
