Applications are now open for the 2026/2027 MENA Regenerative Agriculture Venture Programme. The MENA Regenerative Agriculture Venture Programme aims to empower and upskill researchers, students, and early entrepreneurs, addressing fundamental agricultural challenges in the Middle East North Africa region through research, process, and technological innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

The program seek impactful research, science and nature-based solutions that meet the following eligibility criteria:

Domain

Solutions must operate within the field of regenerative agriculture, advancing climate-resilient and sustainable farming practices.

Applicants Profile

Open to researchers and innovators seeking to develop their work to proof-of-concept stage, with a focus on acquiring the business and entrepreneurship capabilities required to scale and secure funding.

Solutions

Must be grounded in research, science, or nature-based innovation. Both process and technological innovations are eligible to apply.

Relevance to the MENA Region

All applications must directly address food system challenges within the Middle East and North Africa, including:

Eligibility is determined by the proposed solution’s ability to address agricultural conditions and opportunities within the MENA region.

*Currently not accepting applications from the following countries: Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Sudan, Libya, Yemen, and Syria.
