Applications are now open for the 2026  Union Bank Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp. The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to give graduates the opportunity to learn technical and soft skills from a world-class organisation through pieces of training and vital on-the-job experience via our tech bootcamp and learning academies.

Tech Bootcamp

The Union Bank Tech Bootcamp is designed to equip high-performing young talents with strong technical knowledge or backgrounds for successful careers in banking. Through this comprehensive training experience, participants will develop the technical, business, and leadership skills needed to become well-rounded bankers and future leaders of the Bank.

Requirements for the Tech Bootcamp Programme

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a related field, or possession of a relevant professional IT certification.
• Minimum academic qualification of second-class lower division from a recognised university, or an HND with at least a lower credit.
• A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings
• Must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
• NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption

Requirements for the Management Trainee Programme

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of second-class lower division, or an HND with at least a lower credit
• Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• Maximum age of 27 years at the time of application
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programm
